"First Tests of Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 and Dimensity 9400 Reveal Amazing Performance"

Hey folks, there's some buzz in the tech world about the upcoming Dimensity 9400 and Snapdragon 8 Gen 4, and it seems like they're ready to take the stage. Forget the Dimensity 9300 and Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 – they're yesterday's news.

Someone over at a Vietnamese forum spilled the beans on benchmark results for both newcomers, using Geek bench 6.1 and AnTuTu 10. So, what's the scoop? Well, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 flexes its muscles in single-core performance, but it stumbles a bit in the multi-core Geek bench test, just like its 2023 predecessor.

Now, onto AnTuTu – MediaTek's Dimensity 9400 steals the show with a 10% higher overall score. Breaking it down, it boasts a 12% higher CPU score and a 7% higher GPU score. That's not too shabby!

Comparing these new kids on the block to the old Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 and Dimensity 9300, it looks like we're in for a treat. The performance upgrades seem massive, hitting around 50% higher – assuming, of course, that these results are the real deal.

But, hold your horses! There's a bit of skepticism floating around. Digital Chat Station drops a hint that the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 might hit a whopping 4.0GHz on its prime core, leaving the 8 Gen 3 in the dust at 3.4GHz. Even the Apple A17 Pro is expected to fall a tad short at 3.78GHz.

So, there you have it – the tech world is buzzing with excitement, and we're eagerly awaiting these new champs to hit the scene.
